Has someone already asked for a forum for plant swaps (you know, actual roundups)? I read where these wishes are on hold right now. But just wanted to get it in the pot.

Hi Pam!! Lovey dubby Was wondering if you were here...says me sending a BIG hug. Funny I was just thinking the same thing this morning. Would be great, but if some of the new/old "regulars" at the RUs have not visited we need to figure a way to let them know without getting into trouble "over yonder" and visa versa depending on where trade lists etc. were posted. Talk about a clear as mud fractured statement....what can I say besides brain fart. Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing

Since Round Up is a weed killer don't see why we don't go a different direction anyway. That was always hard to explain to new comers! Hilarious!

I would really like to post info about a plant swap, but I don't know what forum to use to do it. It draws people from several states in the southeast mostly, but we have had folks from waaay up north come.

Pam...tree mail Dave or Trish..they can likely point you in the right direction. The Florida forum comes to mind...also other regional forums.

GOSH...since this site came on line I haven't been on DG hardly at all. We NEED to figure it out. I would hate not being able to get together because of communication problems.

Ginger is right; the regional forums are the perfect place for that.

I didn't see a Southeast forum, cause that's what I had thought too. And I believe all I saw were a Florida and maybe a Georgia forum?? Did I miss some? Technically it takes place in Alabama on a lake that is on the Florida and Alabama line.

I'll go look again, thanks.

Pam I did post in the Florida forum. You might want to go add to it. Also if you notice where folks live you might could tree mail them and have them post where they hang and ask they direct folks to Florida forum.

DUH...just came to mind...do a member search of your zip to see who is "close" by. I'd do a search using my zip, but I'm too hours away and as you know can't find my way out of a wet paper sack

You can go back to CUBITS as they still have the trade forums!

But if you go into the regional sites dont forget us, the Northern Gardening Site!!! Cause we like to see what can take the cold winters up here!! Whistling
