This is the third blossom of a child of Somewhat Awesom X God Save The Queen. The blossom is 5" wide, and the scape is 19" tall with two branches. The fan looks pretty good.

I didn't know where I should put this post as I wouldnt call this and August Seedling but perhaps an August Sprout... Rolling on the floor laughing

One of these just isn't like the other... Has anyone seen this in their new sprouting daylily's? The white foliage has a very pale green tint, when viewed thru the naked eye. I assume it will darken when exposed to sunlight.

Are there any variegated foliaged CVs? Confused

thanks Becky for the link... Thank You!

Well luckily, I have two more seeds in this cup the normal one sprouting and another waiting to emerge. If it does.
I'm wondering now if I should go ahead and remove it from the cup. Shrug!

I have to say that it is a little sad to see this thread slowing to a crawl with seedling pics. This has been my favorite thread all year. I would like to say thanks to everyone who shared their seedlings, you have inspired me. I can't wait to see your creations next year. Soon we will have to start a thread about the crosses you are most exited about, that will have to hold me over till next summer :-)
