I think it's worth growing just for the way it looks -- but I also love the flavor, sort of a mild broccoli to my taste. I've grown it a few times in the past and have had the best success growing it as a fall crop, so I started some seeds a month or so ago and have just transplanted the plants into the garden. Daniel, I hope your article inspires more people to try growing it! Smiling

Thanks Sandy, maybe someone who hates broccoli will give it a shot just because of it's looks and end up enjoying it once they tried it. I just want everyone to know there is a sea of options in the veggie garden and even if you only like showy ornamental plants that there are edible ornamentals as well.
