Does anyone here on the forum grow Multi-floral Paphs?
I have (3) Multi-floral Paphs. And none of them bloomed this
year. Infact fact, 2 of them have never bloomed yet.
I bought them blooming-sized. One of them has a rust-type stain on the leaves. I don't know what that is. I'm going to have to research this. But wanted to touch base with anyone out there who grows
Multi-floral Paphs.
I am in the south and grow warm-growing orchids, Patrick. Perhaps Ursula and/or Kathy can help you with that. One's in NJ and the other in MA and they grow lots of orchids. I am sure that there are lots of others who live in the northern states that grow them as well.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
I decided to grow paphs and phrags semi- hydro to see if they would be happy and bloom more often. Not so far. I am a windowsill grower. I used to have better luck with slippers years ago but now I think a greenhouse might be the ticket. I never did get into multi blooming paphs because I wanted to get better at growing single bloomers first. I did know a grower who did great with them in New England in his greenhouse but then he lost his entire collection in a freeze.
I only have 3 Multiflorals, and none of them have bloomed this year. I guess I will have to nudge them along - but they were all indicated as BS when I purchased them 3 years ago.
