Do you grow it and if so how do you collect the seeds?

The seeds of lovage look a lot like dill or fennel, a flat top seed. You will notice when they are ripe they turn brown.
Sorry I don't have a photo.
I have not grown it from seed , it is a perennial and gets rather large here so one plant is all I need.

Patti I am just now allowing Larry the Lovage to set seed. Ya what gardengus said. I will pictify it during its stages. I don't allow it to go to seed until August as I like to add it's foliage to salads and it gets too strong in flavour when I allow it to go to seed.
