Could it possibly be Corryton Pink? It looks very similar to the one in my garden, and the measurements seem about right. Not sure about the bloom time though; mine here in Minnesota finished about a week ago (first season in my garden).

I grow both Persian market and corryon pink. Your bloom reminds me more of the later. Is it new to your garden? I ask, because sometimes they'll bloom at a different Time than they should after being moved. My corryton pink is a midbloomer.

Well, it sure does look like Corryton Pink to me. And the description sounds like it too. My Corryton Pink started blooming on 6/21and ended mid-July this year.
