i am preparing to sow .....something like 20 diferent autumn winter annuals.....
in a nursery......for the fun...but i have had bad experince from packets.....i just found a shop with organic seeds .....does that ensure i wont be fooled again?

No..... I think it just means that the plants where the seeds came from are organically grown. Make sure you find a reputable grower

Also there is usually a date on good quality seed so you can be sure they are fresh. Don't buy seed that is older than a year, preferably look for "packed for 2015".

Some non-organic seed is treated with fungicide to keep it better, and others are coated with stuff to help with germination. If they are purely ornamental, not something you would eat, I don't see any harm and they really will give you a better rate of germination than organic seed.
