I moved PlumeriaPatch's post to the "Co-ops, Group Buys and Classifieds" forum.
We're giving a lot of leadway to the vendors, but the actual advertisement will be held in the forum made for that.
Starting a new thread pointing the plumeria people to the ad would also be fine, unless it is habitual and spammy. Like Jan mentioned, the signature line is the perfect place to announce your sales while participating in the community.
