Wondering if I should take this guy out. I think it might be a weed, but for a while I thought it might be a pepper plant. Although the flower pedals on a pepper plant are individual. Now I am thinking this is a Datura, which is very poisoness to people and animals, but it hasn't produced any spikey balls, and I can't find the flowers colored the same way.
Thanks!

How large are those flowers? Looks more like a Mirabilis to me. Four o'clocks.
