That is exactly it! I just love to hear her speak. Every once in awhile I do have to say, WHAT? And she talks 90 miles an hour.

They speak that much differently in Australia and New Zealand? I thought that's what Australian people talked like too.

Sore point, eh? Australia and New Zealand are not buddies?

Shows how wretchedly uninformed I am on the world.

And I even had looked up "lend" in the dictionary, assuming it meant something different down under than in American, because the sentence context was so puzzling. I guess I should have just googled it...

Thanks Polly. I had no idea.

sorry about that,i may be puzzling a few people with my wording,[never gave it a thought],.,,maybe i should start a ''please decipher anthonys crazy lingo thread''-if i throw you on a word, just stop me and ask me what i said.im a hard person to offend..rick,the seeds 'oystein' sent over are really doing well.i am really interested in the 'rosthornii/trumpet crosses and the tango's x orienpet[red].the deep 'ruby red trumpets' are somewhat a remarkable 'colour'[australian spelt],you spell it' color'..,.i should jump a year, with some of these seeds,''because someone told me'-''oh you wont be able to do that!''--i always think,'o/k we'll see'!--i can hear you all snoring!,anthony

Don't worry about it bloke! It's all Ace!

Seriously I'm enjoying learning some of the Australian slang, and I can almost hear it being said.

I think most of us are pretty unoffendable. Don't cha kinda haveta be on the internet, as you never know if someone really just misstyped. I think you need to see and know the person before you get offended.

Language is one of my things. The words themselves, the grammar, the idoms, everything. Even the letter characters can be interesting (especially Hebrew). So I jsut eat up all that stuff, including your colorful wording, Anthony.

I guess that might be why puns are my favorite form of jokes.

This is from a cross i did a few years ago. I pollinated one tango, Mistika, with pollen of Lolypop. It gave many exiting and unexpected seedlings.

This one is from the same cross.

Rick; it`s fun to see one of my crosses used as an example(ilga x Stellar Light). That cross gave many beautifull seedlings. Most of them where tangos.

I like the yellow one too; just a bit of speckle dusting. It reminds me a bit of Belo Horizonte. Thumbs up
