And the iris dealers will appreciate your business more, and you'll help keep them in business too!

Ok, I will toss mine. I am guessing it is kinda like Wild's for daylilies. The bottom of the barrel.

And Wild's for irises also. They sell one iris in particular under a name that I have never found in any database and when they sell you a wrong one, and you want it replaced, you have to pay the postage to get the one you originally ordered..... no thanks.

I got a flyer from Gilbert H. Wild today. I saw a page and a half of older hybrid Iris, a few pages of day lilies, then it hit the recycling bin.

I have purchased Irises from Gilbert H. Wild. It was the only place that I could find Masai Warrior. I bought a couple of others for company on the trip. So far, all of them have done well, they've all been true to tag, and most bloomed the following spring. Shrug! My only complaint is that they sent a daylily for the bonus. Wouldn't you think that they would know that a person who orders only Irises would prefer an Iris bonus?

I've had good luck with Wild's, also.....We've bought more "other types" of plants, than iris....but, everything has grown, and seems, as MaryAnn said, 'true to name"....the iris I have bought there have always arrived "potted", and really seem to 'take off' well Shrug!
I COULD tell a real horror story about Breck's, and also Springhill......but I think you have already heard enough !
