Hi and welcome to ATP!

Tiger's Eye is apparently very popular as it's out of stock every place I found it. Your best bet is to get on a waiting list or find someone who has it and see if you can get a cutting for rooting. Try calling this guy at Fancy Hibiscus and see if he has a waiting list.

Welcome! B236duce

The photos you posted belong to Top Tropicals.com; have you contacted them?
Here on ATP we have a section called Green Pages where folks list companies they recommend.

Interesting that a site like Top Tropicals has photos of a plant they know nothing about. Wonder if the photos are original to Top Tropicals? Whistling

I looked online and found a Hibiscus named 'Eye of the Tiger'; not exactly the same as what you're looking for, but the photos are from the International Hibiscus Society so maybe they can help you locate the plant?
