Hi,

I'm looking for a double fernleaf peony for a rock garden, preferably one that tops out at around 15."

Any for sale? If not, any recommendations?

Sid, we have a whole forum dedicated to Peonies. I'll bet the people over there will be able to help you find what you want. I've seen a number of Peonies but never one that stays that short, I must admit. About 24in. is the shortest one I can recall.
