Someone mentioned going to plant and flower shows on another thread. I have caught a few here and there in various areas of town unexpectedly. But where would one go to find a list or schedule of them for my area? I think it would be fun to attend on a regular basis. TIA

Search online for local garden clubs. If they have web sites, they will likely post local events. You can also go to the Goodies tab here and check out the Garden Events page, although those are added by members and may or may not have events close to you.
