I have a few flowers that appear to be "field Marigolds" but am hesitant to positively identify them as such. The same can be said for Asters. Can any one confirm or positively identify the flowers pictured. Many thanks for any help. Thank You!

hi, Jennifer. The bottom one does look like an aster of some kind, but there are many people who are better at plant ID than I am! Smiling It will probably work better for you to post this as a new thread in the plant ID forum, because then more people will see your question.
Welcome!

Having never heard of 'field marigolds' before, I researched and found it is the common name for Calendula arnensis. Not sure if the same common name applies to other plants. Shrug!

I'm so bad at going back and forth trying to compare photos; if they aren't side by side I have a hard time figuring out what's what. For comparison, there are a couple of pictures in the database of Field Marigold (Calendula arvensis)

The 2nd and 3rd photos remind me of Pot Marigold (Calendula officinalis)
