Those are looking better. They are going to be small going into winter so I would protect them from the cold but continue to give them more light. By spring they should be big enough to row out into beds.
I have given my seedlings the last fertilizer of the season but many of the plants are 3-4" in diameter and covered with increase as I have been pushing them since planting them out this spring. The liquid fertilizer feeding really helps.
