Always branching after blooming?

I guess it's not safe to say "Always" and "Never" . This Miniture plumeria "Thumbelina" does not appear to be branching even though it bloomed.

Yeah, it's not a given, although not branching is definitely the exception.

It's sister Divine have several inflo's this year but some inflos did not branch too. First time it happened, since I normally get 2 to 3 branches for each inflo.
