Can these plants be revived / Rescued from Walmart they weren't watering them brought home replanted and gave a good watering .

Only time will tell for sure but it is worth the try. Do you know what type of Hibiscus they are? I would start by getting by getting them in sun and make sure they stay moist, but not wet.

Yes they are in the sun ! I can check the type I will steal a card out of the ones at Walmart LOL

The front of the card says Garden Tropics and the back says hybrid

When you repotted, were the roots still white/light colored and supple? If that's the case, I'd start at the top and cut off the main stem at 2 inch intervals and see if you hit live tissue. If you do, stop there. If not, keep cutting til you're about 1 inch above the soil and it may come back from the roots.

yes the roots were light colored and supple I was going to cut them back but wasn't sure

Sounds like it will be ok .. like Jay said, plenty of sun and on the dry side of moist.
