I was looking at bachmens yesterday morning and I picked up a sensitive mimosa, its leaves fold up when you touch them. it has/will get pink pom pom like flowers. I repotted it and put it directly under my light.

I love Mimosa pudica, too bad can't grow it here, way too dry. In my homeland they grow wild on any open grassland area, we used to play with them tickling it to close the leaves. Big Grin

I thought it could only be grown as a outdoor plant due to size. I have seen them in the garden. Had one for a few years in my yard. They are marginal hardy in my area.

There's mimosa trees (Albizia julibrissin,) and then there's sensitive plant, Mimosa pudica, said to be a true annual on many sources, but not all.
