Tracey has a pretty decent photo of it in our database here. It is definitely on my want list! Click on the photo to enlarge it.

Lorn gave me a few scales but they are always from blooming. He should be able to give you some info.

'White Amber' is a tetraploid "improved 'White Henry' bred by Robert Griesbach. It was my first year growing it here and it was absolutely beautiful, very strong stem and solid petals. You won't go wrong buying this one.

I disbudded all three of my plants except for one bud I let open up to verify ID. No picture was taken, but it was the same as Tracey's. My main concern is that I hope the plant doesn't end up being too robust and masculine to compliment the flower. The original has such a nice dainty, feminine appeal to it; every aspect seems to compliment the other.

By the way, by surprise, I noticed I have a single full 'open pollenated' pod growing on my original White Henryi. Smiling

Exciting indeed, Lorn.

White Amber pollen has seemed to work on tetra Black Beauty. Though, time will tell, but am hopeful.

I liked what I saw this year on White Amber.
