I am listening to this episode right now and I love it so far (I'm at 26 minutes), but I have to say, I was trying really hard to look on ATP for the 'Girardel' squash that you were talking about 'steaming' in the oven and that tastes great all by itself....but, I have no idea how to spell it and a google search didn't help much, either. @dave, is it in the ATP database somewhere? If so, can you help me with how it's spelled? (By the way, I appreciate that you spelled out the feherozon pepper so that I could look that one up!)

I should have mentioned the spelling on that one. Smiling Here it is: Winter Squash (Cucurbita maxima 'Jarrahdale')
