Sandi, you are welcome! I've had this plant for at least 12 years and didn't know what it was for a long time, until someone over on DG identified it for me back in 2006 or so. I just thought it was some sort of unusual cactus that looked spiny, yet wasn't.

My plant nearly fried when it was left out in the direct sun last year ago but it has slowly recuperated.
