WOW Audrey !!! Thank you. Next time I see one for sale at Lowes I am going to buy it and snatch that top off and plant it. I like them I just did not like the green thing on the bottom.

I get that planting combos is a personal thing but you are amazing. You have an eye of what looks good right down to the perfect pot color and style.

Audrey,
I second agree with Cinta, What a play with color. I only wish for more pictures. That Euphorbia lactea crest needs the reverts cut off. The ones that turn back to the triangle stem. They could be rooted and potted up. I have several.

The cut offs for growing on their own. Now called White Ghost.

*Blush* Lovey dubby Awww you guys Group hug Thankyou! I have had two out of the blue work opportunities come my way this week and I was having self doubts despite work coming to me so this really gave me the esteem boost I needed to snap me out of that. I really can't believe how awesome the providing universe has been to me this week.

Stush, those darn reverts are such a pain. Sometimes I feel like I am playing a game of chess keeping up with who might be the next wack. I usually give those away to friends. Nice collection you got there! Thankyou very much for sharing.

Tiffany I just wanted to let you know that you bought me a raffle ticket Big Grin

I stopped in a goodwill yesterday and found some awesome stuff to plant in. One is a hand painted wood piece from mexico I think that is crafted without nails or screws. I bought it to sell but it keeps calling to me so much, that I think I am going to keep it. I will post some pics when I get it finished.

Thanks Tarev. I am having goldie locks rain now. Just the perfect amount. No tornados or lightening just calm soothing rain that I really need. My echeverias are all flattening out and look like different plants. I work outside all the time and when it actually rains I do not know what to do with myself. I live on a 1200ft above sea level hill so it could rain buckets for years and we would be very wet but o.k. I am feeling for the folks that live in the flood plains though. Heard you got some rain? I am hoping this will kick start my aeoniums.

Sadly, no rain here..always in that spot where the rain clouds jumps over us and heads to the Sierra Nevadas instead. Rolling my eyes.

Glad to know you are in a good high elevation Smiling

Bummer Tarev. We are in one of those spots also that the rain clouds just split and go around us. I am not sure what makes this happen but it has saved us from tornadoes more than once. It is horrible when we really need the rain and can see the storms coming and at the last minute go around us. I have actually saved a few screen shots from the radar to prove to myself that I was not just imagining that.

Yeah, those rain clouds just makes that equestrian jump and misses us often. But if it does make it rain in the Sierras or make a little snow if it can, that is much better for us here.

Here is my before and after goodwill find. Who could possibly resist potting that beauty up. I had to yank the gastor out of a different arrangement because that plant was born to compliment that wood box. Now... hmmmm...... where the heck will I put it?

It is beautiful. Lovey dubby I find so many great containers at Goodwill.

Talking about Mexican pots. When I was there for vacation many years before 9/11 when you had a better chance of bringing things home in your luggage and it arriving safe. I left underwear to make room for 4 pots that I found while on vacation.

I know I have been bad. I have all the pots lined up I even picked up some new ones from Goodwill. I picked up a 40lb bag of soil yesterday.

My problem is I am still dragging in tropical plant pots and getting them set up in my Tacky Tikki room in the laundry room.

I am really enjoying your display. Mine will look pitiful compared to you pots. Rolling on the floor laughing

So you have some idea this is what I am taking apart to get inside before we get too cold.

Ooh, Girl. I don't envy you one bit, although, I'm almost just as bad. We had 2 nights of frost, so quite a few tropical/tender plants are sitting in the garage awaiting a bath or dunk of some sort to debug them before bringing them in. I've got to dig up your debugging recipe. Big Grin The succulents, stayed out with a frost cloth over them. I'm so far behind in everything, that I can not imagine if I had to bring everything under shelter. It's warmed up again since the frost, reaching 80 degrees yesterday and today, so some pots went outside again to soak up a little more sun. Whistling

Debbie I have a lot of my succulents still outside. My Christmas cactus had not budded until I left them out when we went down to 28 last week. I was outside throwing blankets and plastic tarps on everything. When I uncovered them yesterday they had buds on them. I must have scared them leaving them out there in 28 degrees so they hurried up and showed me some buds. nodding We have never had temps that low this early.

I plan to have everything in by Sunday. Then next week I can play with the potting things up in pretty containers. Those are the ones that are on display for the winter. The others will be in the laundry room in ugly nursery pots until Summer.

Twenty-eight degrees. I would have budded up too, if I was subjected to those temps. Blinking I'm glad that you'll have blooms really soon. Thumbs up
