Home Depot has purslane in baskets...nice full ones: $5.00! Susie took me over for some bricks and we stopped in the garden area even in the horrible heat. I "had" to buy one of each color: pink and orange.

What's been a surprise is that since my balcony faces east, the blooms stayed open until 5:45.

Becky, do they prefer sun? I have my cuttings in early morning sun only. Do you think they want more sun?

Morning is good, Susie. Mine did unbelievably well with just sun until about noon maybe. I'll check tomorrow to see when the sun leaves the, Usually purslane closed up for me so much earlier.
