Hi everyone, I don't know how many of you could find this interesting, I found out today. Importing DLs in europe is forbidden due to Xylella epidemic. Xylella (to my understanding) doesn't affect DLs but everything is blocked from june until who knows.

Never heard of Xylell, I do not ship to Europe, but there are a lot of the big guys who do.

yes, I know and most hybridizers in the US know.
What a pity we didn't start collecting DL's before this summer, hè?

Sorry, I completely overlooked that thread!
I can't collect them anymore for now, no more room ! I left a spot for my seedlings, hoping they will be grew up for next spring, if they'll make it I'll have 8 plants and they are too much!!!

Oh well so that's good that importing is suspended. I didn't know Xylella could affect DLs and so it seems the nursery I buy from.
I may notice him.

If he wants to import from the USA they will tell him.
Or perhaps the Italian customs are not that strict and might let them pass..?

He sells many registered cultivars, and now hybridize and register his own. I read on facebook he was talking about that with someone.
