Eupatorium glaucescens? eupatorium mohrii?
Not really happy with any of the pics online as regards to this eupatorium either...

Do I need to post additional pictures to get some guesses?

Or is this a real stumper?
The Sandhills are a unique ecosystem with unusual plants... But this one didn't seem that unusual... Definitely gonna propagate...

As pretty as this plant is as a eupatorium...

I finally spotted it on the internet...
as Sericocarpus tortifolius (Twisted Leaf White-topped Aster), (Dixie whitetop aster)

And... there's a listing in the data base, but zero information, nor pics either...
