One thing I have learned about gardening...it requires patience.
We cannot be in a hurry to force our plants to grow; neither can we hurry the process of learning about gardening. It's a good idea to ask advice from the large group of experienced gardeners here on ATP; it's also good to listen to all the advice, ask follow-up questions and/or provide more information, then to select the recommendations that apply to your particular need and give it a try. It is a plus if the discussion can be fun and educational. The plants will let us know if we got it correct. And if all else fails, we can try again next year.
