What is the best fertilizer for succulents? I have been feeding them houseplant food which is 8-7-6 NPK and I was wondering if that is a good food for them or not

I generally don't give fertilizers to my succulents. I just change the soil a bit, especially if it looks getting too compacted.

Except maybe to the Adenium, Plumeria and Hoya types, which gets their own different dose, they need more than the usual succulents.

Ah, okay, thanks for clarifying which succulent it is. With my epis, I just use schultz plus 10-15-10. But I am not too regular in doing it, to be honest. But if I do remember to do it, I apply it right after it blooms. I am more concerned keeping it in a moist condition, since it is too dry here, so easy to dry out with our bad humidity levels and no rain.

For me, it is hard to really quantify which is the best fertilizer, since our individual micro climates and growing habits varies.

But do wait for answers from others in a similar location as yours. Smiling
