This came as a mystery bonus about a year after we planted a yucca we dug up from a friends property. He had a friend who did landscaping and the unwanted plants from clients ended up in a big pile on a hill. The closest I can come up with is Japanese hops with a google search. The vine is "sticky" to the touch and instantly "grabs" your skin or clothing. It seems to be fairly invasive so I've been keeping it in check. Anyone?

Looks like you did a pretty good job of identifying already.
If the plant/seeds escapes it could have dire consequences.
Some think the plant may have psychoactive properties, but...
Probably best to destroy the plant before it gets out of hand.
