@paul2032, none of the pictures you posted are T. tricolor (zuzu suggested it might be a Cuphea. Please see The thread "Tropaeolum tricolor (tricolorum)" in Plant Database forum at the Plant Database Forum.

Must have been wrong ID on the tag at a nursery. I have requested that they all be deleted......

HamiltonSquare says it's Cuphea llavea. Wouldn't you rather have them moved to that entry, Paul?

Paul probably has gone to sleep, but those photos are too nice to delete, so I'm going to take it upon myself to decline the delete proposals and to move the images instead.

If you think the pictures are worthwhile go ahead and move them. I am clearly in above my head here and I will leave that decision up to you and others with more expertise than I.............Thanks ZuZu
