OK, if anyone's been following the Badge info thread, it went somehow to Locks for love. Don't ask me how it went that way, I'm not 100% sure. Anyways, I told my DH that I was going to be cutting my hair this weekend while he's in Vegas.
here's what it looked like June 25th. I had colored it the night before. I screwed up when I colored it (I do my own coloring). Instead of using only 2 ounces of developer, I used 4, so I ended up frying my hair :(. But the color was awesome while it lasted.
I knew I wanted it cut short, so I ended up taking about 14" off. Here's my hair at Fantastic Sam's. They split my hair into two hanks (left & right). I have a LOT of hair. Second picture shows an 8" standard comb.
So here's how short my hair is now. It's still wet in this picture (stylist at FS took it for me). It brushes my shoulder when I move my head. My head & neck feel funny. I didn't realize that I naturally bend my head forward to compensate for the weight of the hair, and now that it's gone, I feel like a bobblehead.
It went definitely to Locks of Love.
