I got this from my neighbor. Flower "Stalks" only grow about 8-10 inches high. Then they bend over and root where they land. I sure would like to know what kind of phlox it is.

Looks like that could be it. The leaf tips on mine seem a bit rounder. But maybe they end up elongating and pointing like that.
