Cats are really aliens and they have come to study us ...they have weird mind powers...beware !!!

The reason they have not taken over they found it easier just to make us their slaves.

If you want some huge lantana come down here and you can dig them up and I would be glad. Theyare weeds. I have been trying to kill one for years.

cinda, I think I know how to collect seeds from scabiosa..just clip off the dried flower pod and rub it between your fingers and the very tiny seeds are there? Am I correct?

SCORE!

My one surviving Delphinium (Pacific Giant from Botanical Interests) put out lots of medium-sized black seeds! They even seem mature, if rattling around loosely and pouring right out of the dry, brown pods when I tip them over means anything!

But I had better try germinating some to see how viable they are, before offering or trading.

BI says "stratify 2 weeks", and "1/4" deep and "needs dark". I've seen reccomended germination temperatures of 50-55F and 71-75 F, and "peaty" soil mix.

Anyone have any luck collecting seeds off Rudbeckia Cherry Brandy? I have some growing and would like to harvest some seeds, but I'm not sure when to snip the seed heads.....and it's supposed to rain soon.
