Can some one help me about uploading the images from I Pad 3 to a forum site.

On my iPad Air, with ATP you tap the "upload an image" button under the forum text entry box and a menu pops up that gives you the option of taking a picture, going to the photo library on the device, or using iCloud. Select the photo library option and then navigate to the image you want.
