I would love to grow some of these flowers in my garden but what are they? Can anyone help me out?

I think that they are an Erythronium of some sort, such as Erythronium americanum.

At the very bottom of this thread you should see something saying "Thread Options" - mark as solved. Click there and it will then show this as Identified.
