I have 4 daylily seedlings outside in a pot. They are only 3-4"tall with 3 skinnny leaves each. I'm just not sure what to do with them. I think they are much too small to plant out in the garden this late in the season because they have such a small root system. But I'm not sure they will make it in an unheated room with fairly bright light the whole winter long. I really don't want to lose them--can someone give me advice please?

How cold does it get in the unheated room? I would assume it doesn't get below freezing in which case they should be fine. If it's cool in the room you need to make sure you don't over-water them.
