I agree on the identification of the Monstera obliqua cultivar and the holes in the leaves are normal ... hence the common name of "Swiss Cheese Plant".

I just submitted proposals to have my two pic's at that entry moved from the species to the cultivar 'Leichtlinii' because I'm certain that cultivar was planted by a volunteer in a few different spots in the gardens.
