I tried finding info for you since no one has replied yet.
It seems according to the plant page, no one here has the tree at this time.

Do you still live in Michigan? If so, you might be too cold for this tree. It is hardy in zones 7-10.

This site shows a map of where it apparently will grow in the U.S.: http://conifersociety.org/coni... but I doubt the Monarch Butterflies would over-winter here in the U.S. ... I'd think it would be too cold for them to survive.

I googled but could not find any source for seeds or trees.

The only way you could grow this tree in Michigan is as a Bonsai which is over-wintered indoors. Likely would be a challenge though to do so. Monarchs will not over winter in Michigan and certainly not on a Bonsaied Sacred Fir. Big Grin

Good luck
