Ok, until now you have been able to sneak peaks into each others lists. Those list pages show you all their ready and not ready offers, whether they have been enabled for this swap or not. That feature is still there and hasn't been changed much. It'll always exist in basically the form it is now.

Now, you can view the actual trade list that you'll be using once the trading begins. To see it, go to the Swaps homepage:

http://garden.org/apps/swap/

Click on "The ATP Beta "First Swap" Swap" and then at the top, click on "Access the full tradelist for this swap"

It shows you every offer that is currently being offered in this swap, sorted by the plant name. It is separated into pages that you can click to move through.

You will notice at the top that you can restrict your view to certain members. Select the member you want to see, and then click the "Update View" button and now you're seeing just their stuff.

I'll have more features available soon. If anyone wants to offer any feedback on this page, I'd be delighted.

You can now also search the trade list.

At the top, select a member (or leave it as "Everyone") and under that, type something you want to search for. It will then only show the plants that contain your search query in the "Plant" field.

For example, choose "bxncbx" from the pulldown and enter "daylily" in the form field, and you can then see the 5 daylily offered by that one member.

Or choose "Everyone" from the pulldown, enter "daylily" and you get all of the daylilies in the swap.

No. We'll need to start a new thread and brainstorm that subject.

I love that I can read the comments by just hovering over tthe "?".

Low-value tweak to consider "some day". Enable some limited form of "leaving comments" on someone else's seeds.

For example, I was interested in @chelle 's "Altor" Asian Greens. Googled them. Apparently they are deeply divided, finely serrated dark green Mizuna (mustardy?) 40 DTM or 21 days to baby leaves. Brassica rapa (var nipponosica or japonica) somewhat like 'Kyona' but more finely serrated.

It's called "a hybrid of mizuna and kyona" by By Mark Mathew Braunstein in "Microgreen Garden: Indoor Grower's Guide to Gourmet Greens". This despite others' claims that 'Kyona' is B. juncea and 'Altor' is B. rapa. If true it would be an inter-species hybrid, which I think is possible with Brassica mustards.

The usual name kerfluffle among Brassicas. Some mizunas are B. rapa and others B. juncea . I THINK they do sometimes hybridize with each other, so it's the plants that make things complicated, not the taxonomists.

I'd have added that or at least a few words to their row ... but Dave is too smart for me. Now, instead, I'll go add that comment to the ATP Plant Database. Ohhh, nice red stems!

Mizuna (Brassica rapa 'Altor')

Oh, wow! I just cross-posted with MYSELF!

Seen all at once, that's a pretty impressive list of haves, and a fun way to look at it. Thanks Dave. Thank You!

Alana, I'm not TOO worried yet. I'm not certifiable until I start arguing with myself.

Dave, before you add the ability for Rick to "post a few words", check your available database/server space. Rick, please don't be offended, but you crack me up.

I do assume that he would add a few more Terabyte servers servers first ...

... or do they make Yottabyte hard drives yet?

@Dave -- for the pulldown list of participants, would it be possible for the names to be arranged alphabetically?
