Already looking forward to gardening in 2016 - mainly veg. But for now, relaxation and mindfulness are my immediate goals.

I met a kid online. 22 years old, and only eats meat and protein. He wants to build muscle. He decided to try a few vegetables in his whey smoothies. "Oh" he said, "I feel so much better!"

Relaxation and Mindfulness. That would keep you out of a lot of trouble.

Re: too much protein - always makes me feel sluggish.
