Kadie, Not sure if this will work for David's Article. He has great articles on Grafting also. He is world renown for his hybridizing and very highly respected.

Just remembered Kadie. There where a couple people taking about using whiskers from a salt water fish to use to pollinate adeniums. Their pollin sacs can be hard to reach I guess. There was not article, but thought this was neat idea. Not that I would know.

@Rainbow: I love your screen name! 11 years ago when my Dad was battling pancreatic cancer, I wrote him a book called "I Need a Rainbow!" He passed away Christmas Eve 2004, but it seems like every time I need a rainbow, he sends me one! Angel

If you want fish with whiskers, we have some "mean" hardhead catfish here in the Gulf! I don't think you'd want to fool with one... I've seen people stomp them, get the hard fin stuck in their foot, and have to go to the hospital to have it removed! Shrug! I even warned a guy once not to do it, but he did it anyway and had to go to the hospital! Grumbling

Hi Julie,

I'm sure you miss your dear dad very much and especially at Christmas time. Group hug So sweet you wrote a book for him...I'd like to hear the story sometime on your thread. Smiling

Your account about humans stomping on a catfish even after being warned not to do so makes one wonder which is more hard-headed, the catfish or the human? Whistling While fishing on a lake in the states one day, I nabbed the only fish caught that day. My line weight must have hit the catfish on the head and woke it up...and it hooked on to my bait. The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
