Cool!!!! Did everyone get the first three they wanted? I somehow have .50 dibs left, I guess that has something to do with someone claiming my seeds? When do we get to see who has claimed some of our seeds?

Like a carnival ride - much standing in line in anticipation, then lots of fun........then it's over. At least we get to do this again tomorrow!!! Am curious what the "good stuff" was that got nabbed in the first go round- I got everything I wanted. How about you all?

Tomorrow morning I'll create the area where you can view who has claimed which of your items.

Every time someone claims one of your items, you got half a ticket. So, that means if two of your items are claimed, then you have an extra ticket to spend today, if you choose to. For example, @luvsgrtdanes has had 4 items claimed tonight, so she got 2 bonus tickets from those 4 claims. She can then claim up to 5 items today. It's a reward for her having posted items that were deemed desirable.

The contrast between this jet-propelled 21st-century system and the old manual methods is like night and day. This took about 12 seconds once I had my swap-centric Wish List set up. The visual feedback is great - using it is an active pleasure.

(And for some reason it has the effect of positive feedback. Clicking, I want to click more. Stimulating!)

I don't know why my first few clicks on the "treasure chest" did not "take" - clicking much SLOWER worked fine. (DOWN ... pause ... UP). Like Tom Clancy's description of desert tortoise behavior in 'Debt of Honor').

I assume that was just my PC being cranky. It has been VERY slow lately. I wouldn't think that my Web browser could be aware of how much code Dave is running behind each "click".

I'm totally lost. .nothing I clicked on is showing a check but when I look at my wish list it looks like they are still available

Lucky! I had 3. I wonder if you got extra because your seeds were selected? I'm pretty sure I selected one or two of yours, anyway. Have fun!


@Dave - I tried bidding right out of the gate on my iPad and it didn't work, no matter what I did, it kept saying I had 3 tickets left. Can you please check to see if there's something in the code that wouldn't work correctly with iPad? (I jumped on my PC and did the exact same things and it worked just fine, so it wasn't that I was doing it incorrectly.)
