I love having the "Bought" and "sold" lists visible. Wish I could sort my "Sold" list by plant variety, so I could print a "pick list". Then I wish I could sort it by recipient so I could print out legible Pack lists.

I noticed that some people have removed plants from their list that have already been bought, which causes them to no longer show up in our bought list.

Oh no, Horntoad. I did not realize that would happen or I would not have done that. No time to return them now, I'm baking for tomorrow.

That removed them from my sold list, too. Fortunately I have those squared away already.

No problem, your not the only one. I don't think it has and effect on the overall system, it just make them no longer visible in our bought list. I only brought it up so dave could take a look for a possible fix in future swaps.

Yikes I removed some too. Would never have thought that would happen. I would think it shouldn't have removed them from our bought list. I thought I got corn then didn't see it maybe that's what happened Lovey dubby

Yep! If you have seeds unsold seeds and want to remove them you can just zero it out. But if you want to remove something you sold out of by unchecking it then it completely removes it from swap listings. But if I understood dave before, all transactions have been recorded and it won't affect the outcome.

Well, that answered my question -- I was going to ask Dave why my "bought" list says 50, but I only count 46 in the list...

Thanks for pointing out what was happening, Jay! Smiling

Removing items is supposed to be okay and shouldn't remove them from the dibbed/sold/bought areas. It sounds like I have a bug here that I need to fix.

In fact, if the item was completely deleted from their list, then that might be difficult for me to get back for this swap. For future swaps, I may need to completely disable the ability to delete an item if others have dibbed it. (That wouldn't stop you from making it unavailable...)

Tomorrow is thanksgiving and I likely won't be able to do much work but I will be addressing this issue sooner rather than later.

I looked into it and I can fix this without much problems, and can continue to let people delete stuff from their list while still having it appear in your bought items area. I just have a few areas to tweak and it'll all work and be back to normal again. Give me a few days, though. Tomorrow is a family holiday. Smiling

And speaking of which, I hope you all have a great one.

My favorite holiday -- family and food (and no need to bring a present!). Hope everyone has a good day tomorrow, however you celebrate it. I have many things to be thankful for -- and ATP and my friends here are included in that list Smiling

Jay I'm trying to track this down and I'm having trouble. Can you think of one that you bought that isn't showing up? If you could give me that info that would be very helpful to me.

Have a great day, all. We will be celebrating with a traditional Thanksgiving Day feast, just smaller. Smiling

This swap has gone so smooth it's hard to believe it's a beta swap! I really like how much time is saved by the system doing so much of the work for me - keeping track of all the bought and sold items. I look forward to having a (printable) list at the end.

I agree with everything above too. It has been a pleasure seed swapping with everyone here. There sure were a lot of great seeds in this small beta swap, so much so that I probably won't need to join another for awhile (but that doesn't mean I won't Hilarious! ).

My one suggestion is about the tickets, this morning I have over 113 tickets to spend and I'm sure I won't be using them all, if any more. I don't know how my ticket count compares to others, but I'm thinking maybe at some point in the swap, the ticket window can close. Or, maybe it could be stretched out like the dibbs, collecting tickets every other day or something like that? Just a thought. Although now that I'm writing this I'm thinking, maybe it's not so bad to have so many tickets, I might be more likely to want what I can't have than what I can. Hilarious! *Blush* or, if it were to cut off at 100 or something like that, I might be more inclined to keep looking for more seeds to get to my limit. Confessing my seedaholic tendencies. *Blush*

RE: the above issue with deleted items, I see I have two items missing from my list but not sure off hand what they are. Sorry I can't help.

Thank you, Dave, for putting together such an amazing feature.

Dave is taking time from his Thanksgiving day with family to work on this! Really above and beyond Dave. I don't know why I am ever surprised at all you do for us. You show time and time again how generous you are. A true example of giving!

One of the top things I am grateful for and give thanks is DAVE! You inspire me to be a better person. Lord knows I need it!

Thank you

I woke up early and the house was quiet, so it was a good time to look into this.

What would be most helpful to me is to have a confirmed report like this:

User A had plant named X and user B had dibbed it. User A deleted it and now it's not in B's list anymore.

If we had that, I could figure this out.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Smiling Our plans were changed (travel) because of predicted ice, so our backup plans were to go to the lake to look at birds. Well, the ice looks to be coming sooner than predicted, so taking time to find a gull and a scoter might be out of the picture. But there is a big bird on the counter to enjoy later today. :)

A quiet house... what a blessing. It doesn't often remain quiet passed when my coffee is brewed. On the other hand, the noises are my children and I could not imagine life without them.
