Can there be a microbadge for seed swap hosts? And maybe any that are hosts the first year (2016) get a little embellishment to their badge for being seed swap pioneers? Rolling my eyes.

I like swap pioneers. Have the swap arrows like the current swap badge, but put a covered wagon where the mailbox is.

I think a seed swap microbadge might have two hands exchanging seeds, so maybe something like this....

Thumb of 2015-12-14/DogsNDaylilies/d1a7c6
(this is just a rough idea I threw together, by no means the actual badge I'm proposing...)

.....with the covered wagon idea in the background, as Jay suggested? Or maybe even a pilgrim exchanging seeds (corn) with a Native American might lend itself to the idea of a seed exchange....although that might be too politically/emotionally charged for some people. Shrug!

My reasoning is not totally unself but I like the idea. Although we are not officially in 'Beta Swap' we are still testing the system from a multi swap point of view. We have already discover some bugs and made tweaks since I put my swap online. We are the essentially the pioneer of the new system. Or maybe we are the guinea pigs. You could put guinea pig in the center of the arrows, but I like pioneer better.

Oh no! No one wants a guinea pig hosting their seed swap! They'll just eat up all the seeds! Hilarious!

Here is my suggestion. DND and I get a Pioneer badge as pioneers of the multi swap and the first to host after the "Beta Swap". Everyone hosting a swap in the inaugural year would get a badge consisting of the swap arrows with the year 2016 in the middle.
