Wow! I love this photo too. When it is enlarged, it looks so real, like I can just reach out and touch the butterfly and blooms. It would make a beautiful painting. Thumbs up

Thank You!

Debbie, Bouvardia ternifolia is almost unknown in SC (or most anywhere else) and it is root hardy to zone 7. It blooms for months, mine is still in full bloom, and hummers and butterflies love it. Woodlanders carries it.

Thanks! Thumbs up I just checked out their website and it's only about an hour from me--mostly a straight drive. I need to add that one to my collection. Drooling They have a large selection of native plants and other interesting plants that are not well known, at very reasonable prices. nodding Come to think of it, there is a nursery that comes to Orangeburg and sets up at the corner of Highway 4 on the way to Aiken. I wonder if that's not them. If so, maybe I can get them to bring the plant to me, instead of my making the trip there. Whistling I'm almost certain that they sell regularly at the flea market in Springfield, which I have not had a chance to go to in a long while. I need to get out and check out the surrounding nurseries more. Whistling
