They are all labeled and ready to be taken to the post office first thing tomorrow! Hurray!

We took video of us putting the packages together and I'll edit it and post it sometime later for everyone to enjoy.

And in case anyone is wondering, the entire process took us right at about 2 hours from start to finish. That includes opening all the boxes, sorting all the stuff, putting each person's pile together, and boxing it all up for each person. There were 6 of us working together.

This was exactly the information I needed to know. 2 hours times 6 people....that's about 12 man hours of work...And that's for a swap of only 20 people. Hmm....

My numbers are not indicative of what others would experience. We really only had four people working the whole time. Two others came and went. It was an incredibly easy task.

LoL! For a brief moment, I have to admit that I did. *Blush* I'm really determined to make it so anyone can join, though, whether that's ten people or two hundred. I'll just have to make it work somehow. Smiling

We watched the video on our Smart TV. What fun, and what great visuals and instructions.
Dave this video was very helpful. You and family did a great job in showing how easy it can be to have things organized and efficient.
The printed participant labels also make this such and easy way to share/swap seeds. I am now excited about doing a seed swap next fall/winter, after spending the upcoming spring and summer gathering seeds from alpine type plants and other hardy succulents. It would be so much fun to do a swap with these plants as the main focus of a swap.
My only regret is that I didn't think about saving seeds this year. *Blush*

Thank you and your family for all you do to enlarge the scope of our gardening experience.
