Hi Janine. Lovely photo you have there, is it one of your plants?
It is one of the Sempervivum globiferum. There are many different subspecies and cultivars of this wonderful sempervivum, also known as Rollers. When you grow a number of them in the same area you can see distinctive differences in each one.
