If you want to post a wish list use this thread to indicate general areas of interest or specific seeds you are looking to find.
Your posts are editable so you can add to or remove seeds from your list anytime you like. If someone sees that you are looking for a seed they have in their stash they may list that seed and give you a heads up that it is available.

My interests include Hibiscus and their relatives, spike wielding Solanums, Nicotianas both ornamental and otherwise, various Cupheas, and tropicals that can be wintered over in greenhouse or house.

Specifically right now I am looking for White Greasy Beans, Argemone sanguinea, Ipomopsis tenuituba, Impatiens sodenii and Ceropegia ampliata (Marble Vine).

Michael, I've got a couple of peony flowered poppies to add to the swap once the already packaged things are listed. It might be after Christmas, but I'm going after them next.
Erica, I have a couple of medicinal plants to add, but they are more plants used in witch's potions than self-administered. A couple are packaged and will be added today or tomorrow.
I'm off the next two weeks Hurray! but I have a lot to do until after Friday. I don't do much holiday shopping, but today is the day. I meant to order online but kept procrastinating; now crossing my fingers that the stores have something suitable left. I'm starting early (now) and am hoping to be home by lunchtime.

Added to say that I will start a chat thread so that I don't clutter this one up again. Sorry.

Hi Susie. After you join the swap you can see what everyone is offering to trade and add yours to the database, one at a time. The swap system in ATP is new, but people who are using it say it is easy and fun to use. To sign up read the instructions and if you want to join scroll to the bottom and click on 'join this swap'. After you have joined you can click on 'see swap list for this swap' and see what everyone has posted. Click on 'manage my own swap list' to add your seeds.
In this kind of swap you only send in what people select from your list and you have to opportunity to ask for exactly what you want.
At first glance it may seem complicated but once you are in there you find it is not hard at all. There are several swappers that tested out this system before it was made available to everyone that can answer any questions you have. We are still learning.
I would love to have you join!

I'm no expert on Jonna's technique, Susie, and I am sure she will answer you much more satisfactorily later, but she may still be on holiday. @JonnaSudenius will correct me if I am confusing her with someone else that uses her method exclusively, but I don't think she uses either heat or light to start, just sowing the seeds in the closed vermiculite system and putting the containers under her bed until germination.

@luvsgrtdanes I wish I could, but it was something I got in a trade. I just looked online to try and figure it out, but I couldn't find anything by that name. Confused I wish I could be more helpful.

@deejay49 Susie, I never use heat mats or lights. Most of the sowing I do outside. Inside I only sow frost tender annuals.
You might need a heat mat if you want to grow tropical perennials in your zone.

@EricaBraun thanks, I collect morning glory so I was just wondering.

@deejay49 the Gold torch tithonia is yellow and the other is orange. I'd love the red one too!
