I helped beta test the first seed swap Winter Sowing Plant and/or Seed Trader Seed Starter Salvias Hummingbirder

A very intense purple flower. It does want to flop some. I usually tie it up around itself in a ring. Comes back every year for me in my zone (8). Mine was grown from seed.

Thanks for sharing your info. The photo you took (see above) for the database, it looks like the stems are standing vertically, is it when the growing season progresses that you have to tie the plant to a ring to keep from flopping over?

Yes , they start out vertical and then start leaning later.
