We got 0.02 inches of rain last night. They are calling for a high today of 60F. Pretty standard stuff though we should be getting more rain. I would love a cozy rain on Christmas.

You had me going there! I had actually heard Winter weather predictions for FL saying we would have a warmer, wetter Winter than normal with the possibility of severe winter storms which could mean tornadoes. So ... that is why I thought you were talking about FL!

Kelli - I would like 10-15 degrees cooler here. This heat is awful. Muggy and hot like Fall. Ugh. I actually look forward to Winter every year here in FL just for the cooler temps. Looks like it may not happen this year or very briefly in the early part of the New Year 2016. Come on cooler weather!!!!

Woke up to about 3 inches of fresh snow. Linda's trees sure look pretty!

@Natalie My MIL used to be amazed at me when I sometimes passed up dessert for another helping of potatoes! I like sweets and most of the time I can control myself. I can be satisfied with one or two cookies, etc. On the other hand, we just got a box of home made cookies from DIL and I have to quickly find a hiding place to keep them away from the cookie monster in our house! I want to at least taste one or two of them.
